Long ago, I used to be a bridal consultant at a very upscale store. Many of our brides paid through the nose for a Vera Wang and it was always worth it. Her gowns have a distinctive flair that sets them apart.
ReplyDeleteThis is a bit of a gamble for Vera Wang but I suspect that it will work for her. There have always been cheaper knock-offs of VW's most popular wedding dresses, so why shouldn't Vera be getting in on her own action.
David's Bridal has a good reputation and it isn't like there is going to be a Vera Wang department at K-Mart.
